  1. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure online ordering system. For large Team or Corporate orders, we may be able to arrange alternate methods of payment as necessary. Please contact us if you have any questions about alternate payment methods.

  2. What is your return policy?
    100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us in original condition for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it and we will credit you for the entire amount less shipping and handling charges. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or there is an incorrectly shipped item, we will replace or refund the returned item including shipping costs once we have received it.

    Customized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

    To return your item(s) please carefully read and follow the Return/Exchange Procedure instructions on the packing slip included in your package.

  3. When is my credit card charged?
    Our secure real-time ordering system will authorize your card the moment you place your order, and a settlement (debit) will likely occur within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that some items need to be special ordered, and may require a delay of a few days or even weeks before we are able to ship. We will do our best to keep you up to date on any exceptional delays. If you prefer not to wait for a delayed item, we will happily cancel your order and refund the full purchase amount on your credit card. If at any time you are curious about your order status, please refer to the MyAccount page and login with your e-mail and password.

  4. How do I know if an item is in stock?
    By clicking on any item, you will go to the item details page, which will display all item/size availability.

  5. Will I have to pay any additional charges after the initial purchase (customs, duties, taxes, etc.)?
    Most orders arrive to the US without any duties or taxes, as most items are duty-free under NAFTA. Certain countries, including the US, may charge taxes or duties on certain items that are imported from Canada. We have no control over these charges, and cannot accept responsibility for any charges that may apply.

    If you are concerned about duties or taxes, please consult your local customs agency, which can be located via the World Customs Organization web site.

  6. Can I be assured that my privacy will be protected?

We only collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. All promotional e-mails that we send have an easy unsubscribe feature that allows you to be permanently removed from future mailings.

    A) You can send your questions or requests to our Customer Service department any time by using our Information Request Form. We make every effort to reply to all inquiries within a maximum of one business day, and often are able to respond within a few hours.

    B) You may chat online with one of our Customer Service Specialists available through our Live Help. Just look for the Live Help icon on the left side navigation menu, or on any of the shopping cart pages.

    C) If you would prefer to speak with a real person by phone, our team of experienced and friendly Customer Service Specialists is available to help with any questions you may have about our products and services. They will also be happy to take your order by phone if you prefer not to place your order online.   9. Can I change my order or cancel it after I have placed it?
    If your item has not yet been customized or shipped we can change or cancel the order upon notification. If already shipped just return goods upon arrival for refund or exchange – shipping charges will apply. Customized jerseys cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.

  10. Where do you ship from and what are your shipping rates?
    We ship most US orders through our shipping consolidation warehouse in upstate NY. Most Canadian and International orders ship from our Canadian Warehouse in Montreal, QC.

  11. How do you place an order?
    Simply browse through the site, or use the search box to locate the item(s) you wish to purchase. You can view a larger picture of any item by clicking the ‘Enlarge’ icon below the picture. Then simply click on an item picture or link to view more details such as item description, sizing charts, size and shipping availability. You may then select quantity and size (and also choose customization option if applicable). Then simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add the selection to your shopping cart. After adding all selected items to your cart, click ‘Checkout’ to proceed with your purchase. If you are a first-time customer, you will be asked to provide your Billing and Shipping info before you provide your card info and complete the purchase process. Returning customers will be able to login with their e-mail and password to access their saved Billing and Shipping Address(es) on file.

  12. What taxes will I have to pay?
    For US and International buyers no taxes are charged. For Canadian buyers, you will be charged 7% GST. Quebec buyers will be charged 7% GST plus 7.5% PST.

  13. Can I customize a jersey with a name of a pro player or my own name?
    Yes, click here for info on ordering a customized jersey. The cost is $50.00 in addition to the price of the jersey that you select. All MLB Replica, Cooperstown Replica and Pro Batting Practice jerseys can be customized. Customization may or may not be available for other jerseys. When you select an item to view the item details page, you will see a customization option if the jersey you chose can be customized.
